Her research focus is in sustainability innovation, crise ship concept creation, strategic foresight, and futures literacy as tools for business renewal. With more than 20 years of experience collaborating with shipyards and ship owners, she has extensive expertise and collaboration ties in cruise ship building and in maritime industry. She has contributed to several industry-academia initiatives related to sustainable maritime futures and emerging cruise concepts, in addition, to HR development processes and professional supervision of leaders.
