Prices:
- 330 euro + VAT – Members
- 490 euro + VAT – Non-Members
Important Information about Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
The Participant shall make payment in the amount of 100% of a gross fee not later than 1 business day before the commencement of the conference. Making the payment to the bank account of the Organizer before the commencement of the conference is the condition for participation.
- In case of resignation from participation in the conference, the person registered shall send an official notification at gabriela@actiaforum.pl
- In case of resignation from participation within a period shorter than seven days before the commencement of the conference, the person registered will be charged with an amount equal to 100% of the participation fee.
- Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by August 28, 2024
- Cancellations received after August 28, 2024 and ‘no shows’ will be subject to the full conference rate
- Substitutions may be made by contacting the: gabriela@actiaforum.pl
