  • 330 euro + 21% VAT – Members
  • 490 euro + 21% VAT – Non-Members

Important Information about Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

 

The Participant shall make payment in the amount of 100% of a gross fee not later than 1 business day before the commencement of the conference. Making the payment to the bank account of the Organizer before the commencement of the conference is the condition for participation.

  • In case of resignation from participation in the conference, the person registered shall send an official notification at gabriela@actiaforum.pl
  • In case of resignation from participation within a period shorter than seven days before the commencement of the conference, the person registered will be charged with an amount equal to 100% of the participation fee.
  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by August 28, 2024
  • Cancellations received after  August 28, 2024 and ‘no shows’ will be subject to the full conference rate
  • Substitutions may be made by contacting the: gabriela@actiaforum.pl
