Conference 2026 Fees:

  • BPO Members: €490 + VAT
  • Non-BPO Members: €590 + VAT

Important Information Regarding Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by August 21, 2026.
  • Cancellations received after  August 21, 2026, as well as “no-shows,” will be subject to the full conference fee.
  • Substitutions may be made by contacting an organizer 

Payment and Participation Policy

  • Participation invoices are issued one month before the event, according to the details submitted in the registration form.
  • The participant must make payment in full (100% of the gross fee) no later than one business day before the start of the conference. Payment to the organizer’s bank account prior to the conference is a condition for participation.
  • In the case of withdrawal from the conference, the registered person must send official notification to  an organizer.
  • If the withdrawal is made less than seven days before the start of the conference, the registered person will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
