Oleksandr Semyrga is the Chief Executive Officer of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” (SE USPA), which operates under the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine. He has more than 20 years of combined experience in public administration and the private sector.

Mr. Semyrga previously held senior leadership roles at the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, where he focused on international cooperation, European integration, and customs administration. In addition to his public service, he co-founded and led companies in the energy, automotive, and intellectual property sectors, successfully managing complex projects that required cross-border collaboration and navigation of regulatory frameworks.

Mr. Semyrga holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations.”
