Oksana is a Ukrainian logistics and renewable energy expert with over 16 years of international experience in the transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) sector, as well as in green energy infrastructure and international development. She is known for her strategic leadership in cross-border logistics, oversized cargo transportation, and sustainable infrastructure initiatives supporting Ukraine’s post-war recovery.

Antipa began her logistics career in 2009 at CSAV Norasia, specializing in sea freight and Eastern European transport. From 2014 to 2020, she managed oversized cargo projects across Ukraine, Central Asia, and the Caucasus at Eimskip.

After moving to Poland in 2020, she became the only woman in senior management at Synex Logistics, handling strategic negotiations and client relations across Europe. She also built and led the company’s Polish branch, boosting its regional growth.

In 2025, Antipa became head of the Ukrainian branch of a British energy firm, focusing on renewable energy and post-war infrastructure. She also rejoined Synex Logistics as a senior expert, managing project cargo and supporting Ukrainian reconstruction and works at OFF-DOCK Gdansk as Customer Relations and Maritime Logistics Coordinator.
