Jérôme Glantenay is Project Adviser for the Connecting Europe Facility Programme in the field of transport at CINEA, the Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency of the European Commission.

He has been working at CINEA (former INEA) since 2018 on Motorways of the Sea projects, maritime infrastructure and railway projects in the Baltic Sea region and all over Europe.

He has 20 years of experience in the management of EU programmes and funding (EU structural funds, CEF, Horizon 2020) in Brussels, including a 15-year experience at the European Commission, and a 5-year experience in the private sector.
