Enrika is a leading voice in offshore wind logistics and heavy lifting solutions across the Baltic-Nordic region. As the Business Development Lead for Baltic Offshore Wind at Sarens, she drives strategic communication with port authorities, developers, and EPC partners to ensure infrastructure readiness for large-scale offshore projects. Her professional scope covers port marshalling, pre-assembly operations, and the integration of heavy lifting assets into evolving offshore wind logistics chains.
Enrika is also a PhD candidate at the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva. Her doctoral research focuses on the engineering and sustainability requirements of offshore marshalling ports in the Baltic Sea, with a case study on the Port of Raahe. At the Baltic Ports Conference 2025, she will present exclusive survey results collected from 17 leading offshore wind developers across the Baltic-Nordic region, data that directly supports port authorities in preparing for offshore wind expansion from 2025 to 2035.
