Małgorzata Żochowska is Business Manager at Race For The Baltic, where she manages two projects – the EU-funded PortSHAZ and the Dry Bulk initiative – working with port authorities, terminal operators, and industry partners to reduce cargo losses and the nutrient pollution they generate in coastal waters. 

Her work sits at the intersection of environmental protection and business performance. Before joining Race For The Baltic, she spent four years advising major consumer goods and retail companies – including Danone, Nestlé, Unilever, Lidl, Kaufland, and Carrefour – on reducing plastic packaging across their supply chains, and led an educational campaign on the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Poland.

Małgorzata holds a degree in International Management from Gdańsk University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in agriculture from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences
